We strongly recommend purchasing tickets in advance. Most major events — including Masters, Netherworld’s BPC, Free Play sessions, and the Closing Party — regularly sell out.
Tickets may be available on the day only if the event has not reached capacity.
Spectators are welcome and do not require a ticket unless entering a specific ticketed session.

All tickets may be refunded up to 1 week prior to event start, after this date there will be no refund’s issued.
Please contact us via the About page on our website and we’ll assess your request on a case-by-case basis.

Free Play access is included only with:
A valid Free Play session ticket.
All proceeds from Free Play go directly to our nominated annual charity.

Not at all. BPAC welcomes players of all skill levels — from first-time competitors to seasoned veterans.
Many events are beginner-friendly, and staff will be available throughout the event to assist and guide new players.

Yes. BPAC is hosted at the Clubhouse Moorooka, a community-oriented and family-friendly venue.
There is no minimum age requirement.
All competitors must hold a valid ticket for the event(s) they are entering. Spectators are welcome without a ticket unless entering a specific ticketed session.

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your scheduled event for check-in.
All events begin at their advertised times SHARP. Late arrivals may risk forfeiting their position in the event.

Yes. Official BPAC merchandise is produced in limited quantities each year.
We strongly recommend purchasing your merchandise when buying your ticket or via our online store (linked on the homepage) to avoid missing out.

While we don’t have a formal cloakroom, there is a designated bag area located near the merchandise desk where you can leave your belongings.
Important bit: this is an unattended laydown space. Items are left entirely at your own risk. BPAC does not accept responsibility or liability for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event.
If it’s valuable, sentimental, fragile, or irreplaceable — it’s probably safest kept with you.

Yes. Street parking is available along Koala Road, with additional parking on Vendale Avenue.
Parking is free, take note all street parking signs.
Please be mindful of the local community, especially when returning to vehicles late at night.

No. The Moorooka Clubhouse is a licensed venue, and all food and beverages must be purchased onsite.
Café operates from 6:30am – 12:00pm
Food trucks and external caterers operate from lunchtime through to approximately 10:00pm
Reusable personal water bottles are encouraged to help reduce waste and minimise our event footprint.
