  • Yes. Tickets are limited and sell out for most events. You can find all ticket information at https://events.humanitix.com/bpac2025

    Spectators do not need a ticket, turn up and enjoy the sights of BPAC.

  • No. The Free Play session is a separate ticket as all proceeds go to our yearly assigned charity.

  • Arriving 30 minutes before all events for check-in is recommended. All events start at their advertised times SHARP.

  • No experience is required. Many BPAC events are beginner-friendly and staff will be available to help.

  • Unfortunately not.

    Moorooka Clubhouse is a licensed venue and as such, you must purchase food & drinks from the venue.

    The cafe is open from 06:30 until 12:00 and then food trucks / external caterers will be onsite from lunch until 22:00.

  • Yes there is. Staying in a central location like the CBD or Valley can also work fine if you arrange to ride-share with other competitors. (Air BnB always comes in handy too).

  • Yes! T shirt runs are limited quantity and we recommend buying with your ticket or from our online site, which can be found on the homepage.

  • There’s street parking available right out the front on Koala Road as well as additional parking on Vendale Avenue.

    Please be sure to be mindful of the local community when returning to your cars late!

  • Sort of?!

    While we don’t have a room designed specifically for cloaks, there’s a space dedicated to leaving bags and the like near our merch desk.

    This is, of course, at your own risk.

  • Yes, but give yourself plenty of time. Several bus services run to Beaudesert Road, which is just shy of 10-minutes walk to the venue.

    These buses can be caught from the CBD and cultural centre busways. Google Maps is your friend!

    TRAIN:
    Closest station is Moorooka (27 min. walk, 5 min. Taxi or Uber)

    BUS: (both services weekdays only)
    Routes 117, 124 & 125 will get you closest to the venue. Stop 30 or 31 via Beaudesert Road, with about a 5-min walk.
    * Route 117 departs from Woolloongabba Bus Station and does not operate on Saturdays or Sundays.
    * Both 124 & 125 buses depart from Ballow St, Fortitude Valley, via the Cultural Centre and on to Beaudesert Road.
